Classification: Non-Exempt, Full-Time (Up to 40 hours/week)
Pay Range: $19.23-$26.44/hr, as based on experience
Location: In-office, Topeka KS
The Volunteer & Training Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and retaining CASA volunteers while coordinating all aspects of volunteer training and continuing education. This position serves as an ambassador for CASA of Shawnee County by building relationships within the community, conducting presentations, and helping identify qualified volunteer candidates. The Coordinator manages volunteer recruitment activities, training logistics, volunteer records, and ongoing communication to ensure volunteers receive the support and education needed to successfully advocate for children.
