AmeriCorps is seeking a VISTA member to join Catholic Charities USA’s Family Strengthening Program. In this role, you will work virtually to analyze and improve aspects of the Volunteer Services program to alleviate poverty.

Your responsibilities include collaborating with Volunteer Coordinators on onboarding, assessing data management processes, and evaluating volunteer programs. This position offers various benefits, including a living allowance, health coverage, and education awards upon completion of service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Volunteer Coordinators to improve onboarding and application processes.
• Assess data management and review processes during the first and second quarters.
• Evaluate existing volunteer programs and make recommendations.
