ServiceNet is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator in Pittsfield, MA to lead the Living in Recovery Community. You will manage volunteer recruitment, orientation, and training to foster a dynamic, sustainable recovery network that supports members and programs.

The role requires experience supervising volunteers, strong facilitation and presentation skills, and familiarity with the local recovery scene.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and recruiting volunteers and/or paid staff.
• Familiar with the local recovery community and related services.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a large van

Responsabilités

• Orient new members to the Living in Recovery Community.
• Recruit members to leadership roles within the community.
• Train volunteers in recovery processes, pathways, and types of support.
• Flex your time around the community's events and programs, including evenings and weekends
