AmeriCorps & Senior Corps through New Vision Village provides housing, employment pathways, and wrap-around support for young adults aging out of foster care or facing housing instability. Volunteers gain hands-on job experience via construction crews while developing life skills and long-term career direction.

New Vision also invests in prevention through the Pathfinders youth program, offering leadership development, workforce readiness, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support up to 150 volunteers from across the country on mission-focused service projects.
• Assist in teaching and mentoring youth ages 14–18 through the Pathfinders program.
• Provide practical life skills guidance and encourage future readiness through mentorship.
