Job summary

The Aparecio Foundation, NFP in Chicago is seeking interns for the spring semester. This unpaid internship offers students an opportunity to implement and assist with fundraising strategies, express appreciation to donors, and work closely with the Board.

• Work with Board members to enhance fundraising efforts.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies.
• Report fundraising activities to the Board.

Job Description

• Assign responsibilities and supervise fundraising staff and supervise efforts.
• Use social media and other forms of communication to raise awareness of fundraising efforts for the Aparecio Foundation.
• Develop creative fundraising methods and strategies to raise money for the foundation.
• Work with members of the Board to enhance fundraising efforts.
• Evaluate effectiveness of fundraising efforts.
• Report fundraising activities to the Board.
• Respond to requests for information.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in working with non-profit organizations.
