Job summary

The American Red Cross in Indiana is seeking a Volunteer Engagement Representative to implement and oversee volunteer programs across our service areas. This role helps screen, refer, and place volunteers to meet operational needs, working with internal teams and community partners.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience, strong communication and presentation skills, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to field offices and events.
