Job summary

The Ponca City Development Authority is seeking a full-time Volunteer Coordinator to build and sustain a welcoming volunteer culture. The role leads recruitment, engagement, and community outreach while supporting grant documentation and organizational compliance.

You will coordinate scheduling, orientation, and training; manage volunteer records; assist with grant reports; and develop partnerships with local groups. Salary ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate volunteer scheduling and maintain volunteer records.

• Support grant documentation and reporting; maintain filing systems.
• Develop improvements to volunteer recruitment and retention processes.
