Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to drive the completion of new home and rehab projects from framing through punch list, coordinating volunteers and subcontractors to execute each task.

You will also manage the day‑to‑day activities of AmeriCorps members, ensure safety, and lead, train and direct volunteers for a positive A+ experience with robust Buildertrend logs and two‑week schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in all residential construction phases.
• Able to lift 80 pounds and work on scaffolding, ladders, and roofs.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and details.
• Familiarity with residential building codes.
• Broad knowledge of residential construction.
• Experience with production homebuilders is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations with volunteers and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety protocols and provide site orientation as needed.
• Train, lead, and direct volunteers; ensure a positive volunteer experience.
• Keep two-week site schedules and daily Buildertrend logs.
• Communicate progress, issues, and material/subcontractor needs to manager.
