The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining a robust volunteer program that supports The Arboretum’s mission and priorities. This role will recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteers across all departments of the organization, while ensuring meaningful and engaging volunteer experiences.

The annual compensation range for this position is $45,000-$51,000.
