Agape Care Group is seeking a Hospice Volunteer Coordinator to lead and expand our volunteer program. You will recruit, mentor, and manage volunteers, ensuring alignment with our compassionate care mission and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families with compassion.
• Education: High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years in health care or hospice; volunteer coordination or recruiting preferred.
• Able to work with, manage, motivate, mentor and recruit a diverse range of individuals.
• Required: Reliable transportation.

We are looking for a volunteer coordinator to lead our hospice volunteer program. As a hospice volunteer coordinator, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining volunteer services committed to the philosophy, goals and objectives of the hospice concept. You will use your leadership and organizational skills to manage, mentor and recruit volunteers and facilitate meaningful patient experiences.
