Agape Care Group is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator to provide compassionate spiritual support to patients and families, honoring beliefs and values while guiding conversations about care choices. You will work closely with the care team to ensure spiritual needs are integrated into the patient’s plan of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a health care or hospice setting.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field. Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services preferred
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a health care or hospice setting required. Experience in family counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death and dying
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
