Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator/Chaplains to guide patients and families with dignity and compassion. You will provide spiritual support aligned with beliefs and values, joining a team with leadership mentorship and opportunities for professional development.

The role offers a chance to impact lives within hospice and palliative care, working within a culture committed to integrity, respect, and inclusive teamwork. Pay is determined by experience and location.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families with empathy and respect.
• Experience in health care or hospice environments preferred.
• Ability to sit/stand/move as needed and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field. Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services preferred
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a health care or hospice setting required. Experience in family counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death and dying
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
