PanCAN seeks a dynamic fundraiser to grow our volunteer-led Affiliates and PurpleStride events across Seattle, Portland, San Diego and Nebraska markets. You will recruit, coach and deploy volunteer leaders, steward donors, and drive a $1,000,000 portfolio.

Expect heavy travel, cross-team collaboration, and a focus on community engagement, sponsorship development, and regional strategy execution to advance PanCAN's mission.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years’ experience in peer-to-peer fundraising and volunteer management.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with diverse groups.

Mansioni

• Fundraiser in a peer-to-peer environment, accountable for securing and stewarding relationships to achieve portfolio fundraising goal of $1,000,000.
• Oversee volunteer-led Affiliates, PurpleStride events and reach new audiences.
• Recruit, coach and develop volunteer leaders; travel monthly to markets.
• Develop sponsorship pipelines and maintain sponsor relationships.
• Record-keeping of volunteers and donors; collaborate with teams nationwide.
