LifeWise Academy is seeking a LifeWise CDL bus driver to provide safe transportation for public school students to and from the LifeWise site. The role emphasizes responsibility, punctuality, and a clean driving record to protect student safety.

The driver must hold a CDL with a passenger endorsement, maintain compliance with LifeWise policies, and participate in required training. A positive, caring demeanor and attentiveness to students are essential.

Qualifications

• CDL with passenger vehicle endorsement (P) is required.
• S endorsement is preferred.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations within five years.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing are required.
• Annual submission of CDL license documents if age >75.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from the LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and safety.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refuel as needed.
• Create a safe environment for children and enforce safety rules.
• Assist students entering/exiting and monitor behavior.
• Complete LifeWise Academy training and participate as needed.
