Qualifications

A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

Complete substitute teacher training.
Teach LifeWise classes on an as-needed basis.
Implement the lesson plans using the LifeWise curriculum provided by the teacher.
Maintain a safe, organized and stimulating classroom environment following LifeWise policies and procedures.
Follow the program's student discipline policy.
Take attendance in each class and provide attendance records to the teacher.
Maintain a clean, attractive and well-ordered classroom.
Act as a LifeWise Academy ambassador within the community.
Communicate lesson plans with volunteers before class and assign duties
Communicate with the teacher.
