Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a dedicated teacher for LifeWise classes, requiring two years of classroom teaching experience and a mature Christian faith aligned with the LifeWise Statement of Faith. You will connect with students, plan lessons, and build relationships with families.

Active church involvement is essential, and you will participate in Lifewise training, attend gatherings, and communicate with school staff to support student well-being and curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with the LifeWise Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training and certification within 30 days of start date.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using LifeWise curriculum and map out lesson plans.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and class rosters with health/permission details.
• Maintain a constructive classroom environment and promote student engagement.
• Act as LifeWise ambassador in the community and communicate with program leadership.
