Volunteer Assistant Tennis Coach
The Methodist University Men’s & Women’s Tennis teams are seeking a Volunteer Assistant Tennis Coach to support their programs. Responsibilities include on-court coaching, player development, and recruiting activities. Specific duties will be tailored based on the candidate's experience.
The ideal candidate will have tennis playing or coaching experience, even if in another sport. Opportunities exist to earn certifications and gain experience for a career in the tennis industry.
This is a volunteer position with no compensation or benefits. Hours are flexible, based on the candidate's availability. The selected candidate must pass a background check, complete MU Child Protection training, and obtain USTA Safe Play Certification.
The candidate may also have the opportunity to teach lessons and clinics for additional income.
