We’re looking for Fertility Coaches to join our team at the Mira Hormone Health Clinic. Our clients often come to us feeling overwhelmed by hormone data they don’t fully understand, frustrated by vague answers from doctors, and unsure how to take proactive steps in their fertility journey. They’re looking for more than just information — they want someone to walk alongside them, helping them turn numbers into insights and insights into action. As a Mira Coach, you’ll be that partner. You’ll provide clarity, encouragement, and practical strategies that empower clients to feel confident and in control. This isn’t a one-time consultation — it’s about building an ongoing relationship, helping clients understand their bodies, make informed choices, and take meaningful, step-by-step action toward their goals. You’ll help them connect the dots across their health — hormones, nutrition, lifestyle, mindset — and create a holistic, personalized plan. Together, you’ll explore what’s working, what needs adjusting, and how to navigate the ups and downs of the journey with resilience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to understand clients’ fertility goals, challenges, medical histories, and motivations, ensuring clarity and direction in their journey.
• Develop personalized coaching plans that address clients’ emotional, physical, and informational needs with depth and ongoing support.
• Educate and guide clients on fertility awareness, including ovulation tracking, fertility signs, and treatment options.
• Support clients in implementing lifestyle changes, such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, supplements, and cycle tracking, explaining the rationale behind each recommendation.
• Facilitate support groups or workshops for individuals and couples facing fertility challenges.
• Maintain client confidentiality and foster a safe, non-judgmental environment for open sharing of experiences and emotions.
• Stay current with fertility research, treatments, and practices, translating complex information into clear, actionable guidance.
  
  

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Certification from a recognized fertility coaching, counseling program, or fertility awareness program.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a coaching, counseling, or healthcare role, with a focus on fertility or women’s health preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathy and support.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Knowledge of fertility treatments, reproductive health, and holistic wellness approaches.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with hormone trackers.
• Experience with stress-reduction techniques and mindfulness practices.
• Familiarity with nutritional and lifestyle approaches to enhancing fertility.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  
  

Details

The role is a remote position. It is up to you how you want to shape your own availability schedule. Please be aware that majority of sessions is held with US based clients.
