Guilford College in Greensboro, NC seeks an Assistant to the softball coach to support all aspects of a Division III program. You will assist with day-to-day operations, practices, field setup, and instructional duties under the head coach's direction.

The role includes recruiting support, travel coordination, and handling related duties as assigned, contributing to a competitive, student-centered athletic environment.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience of at least 5 years required.
• Preferred: collegiate playing or previous collegiate/high school coaching experience of at least five years; strong work ethic and Division III environment familiarity.

Basic Function Assistant to softball coach in all aspects of an Old Dominion Athletic Conference Division III women’s softball program Duties and Responsibilities Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist the head coach in day to day operations of the team and program

Minimum Qualifications

Coaching experience of at least 5 years required.

Preferred Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications: Collegiate playing or previous collegiate or high school coaching experience of at least five years required. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and the desire to work in a Division III environment.
