Job summary

JellTech Consulting is seeking a Test Technician with voltage and power experience to join our Milwaukee area manufacturing team on a direct-hire basis. The role focuses on performing complex tests, recording results, and supporting engineers and manufacturing with a range of components and equipment.

The position requires 2+ years in a technical field or an associate degree, experience with high power and medium voltage gear, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical field.

• Experience handling small delicate components and ESD practices.

Responsibilities

• Read wiring and assembly drawings to set up tests.
• Follow SOPs and test procedures accurately.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Interface with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Lead a team to meet deadlines and quality targets.
• Diagnose electrical, optical, or mechanical faults.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Develop test fixtures and evaluation setups.
