About D1 Training Alliance
D1 Alliance is where competitive volleyball players come to take their game to the next level. We specialize in training youth to varsity athletes through college, offering performance-based programs that develop explosiveness, agility, strength, and court-specific movement. Whether it’s vertical jump, quick lateral transitions, or arm swing mechanics—we train with purpose.
D1 was co-founded by elite athletes like Peyton Manning, Tim Tebow, and Will Bartholomew—champions who understand what it takes to perform at the highest level. Their influence drives a culture of accountability, intensity, and excellence, now extended into sport-specific training for volleyball athletes who want more than a basic workout—they want results.
Our mission: “You pick the goal, we help you get there.” Whether it’s making varsity, earning a college offer, or returning from injury stronger than ever, D1 is built to develop competitive volleyball players into complete athletes.
