Qualifications

• Volleyball background or willingness to learn statistics and game book tracking.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be a positive representative of MCLA Volleyball and Athletic Department.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient or willing to learn Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Be punctual, dependable and courteous of others.
• Flexibility for day, weekend and evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Volleyball Coach with daily office tasks, practice/game set up, game management, statistics, data entry, filing, emails to recruits.
• Promote home matches; videotaping and greeting guests during games.
• Complete mailings, create advertisements for events, organize and tally statistics.
• Promote Volleyball Program at Open Houses and Admissions events.
• Assist with other athletic events as needed.
