Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy is seeking a part-time Volleyball Head Coach for Grades 7-8. The role involves developing student-athletes and working closely with the Varsity Girls Head Coach. Volleyball Head Coach Grades 7-8
Reports To: Athletics Director - Lower School
Employment Status: Part Time - Year-Round
Job Summary:
7th and 8th Grade Head Volleyball Coach will work in tandem with the Varsity Girls Head Coach to enhance the Junior High basketball program. This includes planning, developing, mentoring, and leading student-athletes and coaching staff in the program.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and implement a plan to develop student athletes
• Invest time to build relationships with players, coaches at all levels
• Be willing to learn and work collectively with the Head Girls Varsity
• Maintain compliance with OHSAA rules and regulations
• Maintain a 'Win Twice' culture on and off the court
Job Qualifications:
• Must be committed to developing student-athletes physically, emotionally and spiritually
• Strong communication and organizational skills is a must
• Experience coaching at the high school, club or collegiate level is desired
• Seeking individuals with great energy and enthusiasm as well as strong Christian leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a multi-denominational community
