Job summary

Sportime Clubs, LLC in Englewood, NJ is seeking a part-time volleyball coach to develop VBC players and lead training sessions, including supervision during competitions. You will implement training plans and communicate with parents as needed.

JOB SUMMARY

To develop VBC players and teams through skill development and team training sessions and to provide coaching during all VBC competitions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist with the implementation of VBC training plans throughout the club season.
• To develop team training plans for their respective teams and to implement those plans at each club practice.
• To provide coaching supervision during all VBC competitions.
• To communicate with club parents during all overnight events
• To ensure safety of all players.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Extensive high level playing, teaching and/or coaching experience in volleyball.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Excellent people skills.

COMPENSATION: $22-$30 per hour plus tournament coaching fees

SCHEDULE: Part-time. minimum 2-4 hours per week. Coaches will be required to coach 3-9 weekend competitions based upon each team’s individual playing schedule.
