Job summary

Greater Midland Community Centers Inc in Midland, MI is seeking an Athletics Program Specialist - Volleyball. This part‑time role supports Youth and Adult Programs, assists with scheduling, daily tracking and reporting, and coordinates communications with the marketing function.

Qualifications

CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain on hire.
Excellent people skills; ability to work with diverse personalities.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience playing or coaching volleyball preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with administrative duties for Youth and Adult Programs.
Assist with scheduling officials, coaches and volunteers.
Assist with communication and marketing tasks.
Work cooperatively with participants, parents and staff.
Support evenings and weekends; ~30% in program delivery.
Provide timely communications to participants before, during and after sessions.
Ensure all hiring requirements established by Greater Midland are followed.
Complete supervisor requests to achieve department goals.
