Ideal candidates will have experience with VOIP technologies, SIP signaling, and will be required to work in a 24/7 shift environment.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $83,000 based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience supporting voice or network operations.
• Strong understanding of VOIP technologies and basic voice infrastructure.
• Experience with SIP signaling, call routing, and media flow troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for enterprise VOIP and unified communications systems.
• Monitor and respond to network alarms using management tools.
• Configure, analyze, and troubleshoot circuits across SIP and TDM environments.
• Create, track, and resolve incident tickets using ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to maintain network availability.
