Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining VoIP systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge with telephone networks – POTS and VoIP.
• Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary escalation contact for Voice Network Operations Center (VNOC).
• Operate Asterisk PBX, call management systems, and IVRs.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure compliance with designs.

Skills

Implementing VoIP systems

Troubleshooting VoIP systems

Knowledge of H.323, MGCP, ISDN, SIP, RTP

Programming and scripting (BASH/Python/JavaScript/PHP)

Working in Linux-based environments

Education

Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent experience
