Responsibilities

• Support the overall success of the voice services offering by providing a high-quality customer experience throughout onboarding.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for setting up voice services for offices and users.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers onboarding to voice services and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, training, support, and documentation to enhance the service experience.
• Provide ongoing operational support and administration for enterprise voice and unified communications technologies.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation, processes, and procedures for consistent service delivery.
