Job summary

Cornerstone Defense LLC seeks a Systems Engineer focusing on Voice to support enterprise voice platforms and telephony integration. You will design, test and deploy voice infrastructure, and work with network engineers on call routing and security practices.

The role includes assisting in site voice system standups and call center deployments. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in systems engineering with a CS/CE background, experience with VoIP, SIP, and voice platforms, and a drive to learn

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Systems Engineer experience in enterprise IT with voice focus.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering.
Experience with voice infrastructure design, testing, deployment and security accreditation.

Responsibilities

Design, test, and deploy voice infrastructure and next‑gen voice tech.
Support site voice system standups and call center deployments.
Collaborate with network/telecom engineers on integration activities.
Attend meetings to gather voice system requirements and ensure standards compliance.
Provide Tier 4 engineering support under supervision.
