Job summary
Cornerstone Defense in Dulles, VA is seeking a Systems Engineer (Voice) to design, test, and deploy enterprise voice infrastructure, collaborate with network and telecom engineers, and support telephony deployments across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of systems engineering experience, a degree in computer science or computer engineering, and hands‑on experience with VoIP devices, call routing, and platforms such as Skype for Business or Avaya.

- 3 years of experience in systems engineering.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering.
- Experience with voice infrastructure design, testing, and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and deploy enterprise voice infrastructure.
- Collaborate with network and telecom engineers on integration activities.
- Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of voice systems.
- Support implementation of voice technologies and platform upgrades.
- Attend meetings with internal teams and clients to gather voice requirements.
