Job summary

Cartesia is seeking a Product and Research Operations Manager to run the operational backbone of our Voice function, supporting voice production for customers, talent sourcing and logistics, and voice delivery for GTM and Customer Success. You will collaborate with the Voice Production Lead and Voice Library Lead on day-to-day operations and cross-functional projects.

You’ll also contribute to growth initiatives, with an emphasis on scalable processes, international expansion, and building

Qualifications

• Experience as an operator at a high-growth tech startup or in strategy consulting (MBB or similar).
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments and drive outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with executives; customer-facing.

Responsibilities

• Support voice production runs and maintain library health reporting.
• Build systems for sourcing voices and coordinating actors and vendors.
• Own end-to-end customer voice engagements and GTM enablement.
• Assist with ad-hoc strategy and growth projects, including international expansion.
