This role keeps the voice side of the business running smoothly. That means supporting voice production runs, sourcing voice actors and vendors for the voice library, and working directly with customers so they get good results from the models. A strong candidate has a few years of operating experience at a fast startup or in consulting, works well without direction, and can hold their own in front of executives and sales teams.

Voice AI turns what used to be slow studio work into a pipeline of models, data, and quality checks, so much of the job is building light systems and automations to handle volume.
