Job summary

Express Employment International (US) is hiring Voice Pickers/Packers to join our warehouse team in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will use a voice-pick headset and RF scanner to accurately pick, verify, and pack customer orders while meeting daily production goals.

The position is full-time with 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday and potential overtime on Fridays. Pay is $19 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse order picking and packing is preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and voice-picking technology is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Use voice-picking headset to receive and complete orders.
• Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and track inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform quality checks for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
