Job summary

Simon & Schuster is seeking a 1st Shift Voice Picker to join our distribution center operations in the United States. You will use voice picking equipment to select orders, read shipping labels, and scan packages to ensure accurate fulfillment across book orders.

This role requires attention to detail, strong listening and math skills, and the ability to stand for up to eight hours with lifting requirements up to 40 pounds. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to understand and read shipping labels.
• Ability to understand and follow simple commands.
• Able to meet daily LM quota for picking.
• Attention to detail.
• Good listening and math skills.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Careful attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours/day.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Overtime as needed (voluntary and mandatory).
