Quality Custom Distribution (QCD)Kent is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate. You’ll pick orders using voice-directed instructions, operate warehouse equipment, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

QCD offers weekly pay, benefits within 30 days, and a uniform program. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a temperature-controlled environment (34–36°F). This role supports QCD’s last-mile distribution network in the United States.

Qualifications

• General warehouse experience preferred (1 year).
• Reading and basic math skills required.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift 50 lb objects.

Responsibilities

• Order selector duties to pick items accurately.
• Use Vocollect headset to follow voice instructions.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and keep area clean.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily targets.
• Follow safety protocols and temperature controls.
