Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Ability to read codes, dates, and product labels.
• Basic math skills (counting, adding, subtracting).

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and in appropriate attire.
• Clock in/out using biometric time clock.
• Use voice pick system to pick and build orders.
• Follow pick path for safe and efficient workflow.
• Maintain accuracy and pace while picking.
• Minimize damaged product and report issues.
• Assist loaders and other warehouse functions as needed.
• Complete end-of-shift housekeeping duties.
• Report accidents or equipment issues to supervisor.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
