Job summary

L&F Distributors LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately prepare customer orders for delivery in a fast-paced warehouse in the United States. The role requires using voice-pick systems or handheld scanners to locate and pick products, rotate stock, and stage pallets for transport while maintaining safety and organization.

You will participate in required training, assist in other warehouse areas as needed, and help ensure efficient operations across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience using warehouse management systems and scanners is required.
• Attention to detail, organization, and clear English communication are essential.
• Candidate must pass background and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for delivery by locating and picking products from warehouse shelves.
• Use voice pick or scan gun to pick orders and verify pallets for non-Softeon warehouses.
• Replenish pick areas and ensure product rotation meets standards.
• Wrap orders and stage for verification; follow safety rules and complete training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse and assist in other areas as needed.
