Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions in Andersonville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Picking Clerk – Low Unit of Measure to locate, pull, and package items using a voice-pick system. This full-time, on-site role requires a high school diploma and warehouse experience, with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing long shifts.

You will report inventory discrepancies, stage merchandise, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with a team to meet fill rates.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in warehouse/distribution preferred.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, walker-rider).
Must be able to perform physical tasks: lift up to 50 lbs, stand long periods.
Experience with voice pick systems preferred.
Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

Locate, pull and package merchandise using voice pick system.
Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor.
Stage picked merchandise and manage space as needed.
Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and perform custodial duties as required.
Follow customer requests according to policies and work with team to meet goals.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and report issues to supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
