Picking Clerk – Mesa, AZ

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is seeking a full‑time Picking Clerk to operate a voice pick system and accurately pull, check, and package items for customer orders. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM–8:30 PM. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Essential Functions

• Locate, pull, and package merchandise; report inventory discrepancies and shortages to supervisor.
• Stage picked merchandise in proper areas; adjust as required and report any concerns.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment; clean and straighten while performing duties; complete general custodial assignments as needed.
• Adhere to all customer requests according to established policies.
• Promote a positive team atmosphere; collaborate with coworkers to advance company goals.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely; report mechanical issues to supervisor; maintain assigned equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred; experience with voice pick systems desirable.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, walker‑rider, etc.).
• Capacity to perform physical tasks typical of an order picker: bending, reaching, stretching, walking, pushing carts, standing or walking long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling carts up to 75 lbs, repeated throughout shift.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
