Job summary

Owens & Minor is hiring for a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment using Voice and Vision Pick technology and RF scanners. You will pick products in multiple units of measure, ensure quality and productivity, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• General math, basic reading skills and good communication.
• Ability to work fast-paced while maintaining accuracy.
• Dependable and reliable; able to work independently in a team.
• Follow written and oral instructions with common sense.
• Willing to learn new processes and adapt to changes.
• Adhere to safety procedures and SOPs.
• Warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick products in multiple units of measure (UOMs).
• Use voice-activated handset to pick products.
• Use RF devices to pick products.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Shift involves standing for long periods and lifting as needed.
