Job summary

Serv-U-Success in Grand Rapids is seeking an Order Selector to pick products from bin locations using an automated voice-pick system for distribution to regional Meijer stores. This is a fast-paced warehouse role requiring accuracy and team collaboration.

Shifts run 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. or longer, with Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday work; Thursday and Sunday off. Pay is $19 per hour. High School Diploma or GED and warehouse picking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from bin locations using an automated voice-pick system for streamlined operations.
• Carefully place picked products on pallets to avoid damage and ensure precision in every order.
• Operate powered hand jacks to transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Label and securely wrap outbound pallets for safe shipment.
• Break down palletized loads quickly and efficiently for easy handling and storage.
• Notify the shift supervisor of discrepancies between ordered products and what’s stored in the bins.
• Uphold a clean and safe work environment with consistent attention to detail.
• Regularly tidy work area by picking up pallets, plastic, cardboard, and scrap wood.
