Job summary

Paycom in Earth City, MO is seeking a full-time Warehouse Loader/Packer to support daily pallet builds and accurate loading using a voice-pick system. You will ensure product integrity, rotate stock properly, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

The shift is day hours with responsibilities including weighing pallets and reporting to supervision. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift items as needed, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with all Company products and packaging.
• Report all damaged product and equipment to immediate supervisor.
• Pull product and build each load as directed via the voice-pick system.
• Verify picks using scanner and ensure loads are accurate and neatly prepared.
• Inspect loads for saleable condition and load oldest product first.
• Maintain area organization, cleanliness and proper rotation of storage spaces.
• Stack products per SOP and ensure pallets are ready for loading.
• Record time worked accurately and communicate with supervisors.
