Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions in Riverside, CA is seeking a full-time Picking Clerk for our 3PL operations. You will locate merchandise using a voice pick system, pull, check and pack items to complete customer orders, and maintain accurate inventory through proper staging and paperwork.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate warehouse equipment like forklift or walker-rider, and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, walker-rider, etc).
• Ability to perform physical motions typical of an order picker (lifting, bending, standing for long periods, etc).
• Proficient with basic arithmetic calculations.
• Experience with voice pick systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pick merchandise using voice pick documents and stack in proper areas.
• Assist in stockless transfer and ensure accurate packing and labeling.
• Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Complete paperwork orderly and follow established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
