Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Warehouse (Picker 2nd) at our Earth City, MO location. This full-time evening/night shift runs Sunday through Thursday, starting at 6:00 pm with no set end time.

The role supports loading, unloading, stocking, and sequencing products while maintaining a safe, clean environment. The position requires familiarity with company products, adherence to SOPs, and careful use of the voice-pick system and scanners to ensure accurate loads and sprint backloads.

Qualifications

• Education – high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience – none specified.

Responsibilities

• Pull product and build loads as directed via the voice-pick system and verify with scanner.
• Rotate inventory and ensure oldest product is loaded first.
• Maintain clean, organized pick area, pallets, and shelving.
• Operate walkie-rider safely and report safety issues promptly.
• Accurately record time worked and follow shift procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to ensure efficient operations.
