Job summary

Civil Recruit in Bellevue, WA is seeking experienced Warehouse Order Picker/Shipping III to support dairy distribution at the Milk Plant. You will select full-case dairy and perishable products using voice-directed technology and operate a ride-on electric pallet jack in a fast-paced refrigerated warehouse.

This position requires at least 1 year of order picking experience, ability to work in a 34–37°F environment, and compliance with safety and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent order selecting experience.
• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States for an indefinite duration without limitations.
• Must be able to read/write/communicate effectively in English and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Use a voice-directed order selection system to accurately select full-case dairy, refrigerated, and other perishable products.
• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack to pick and transport products.
• Wear a voice-picking headset for the duration of the shift.
• Build stable pallets and prepare orders for shipment to local stores.
• Ensure orders are selected accurately and efficiently while maintaining productivity standards.
