Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an experienced Voice Designer to join our Creative Audio team in shaping voice and conversation design across platforms. You will contribute to high-quality product sound and user experience, with a strong emphasis on audio quality and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Ideal candidates have experience with voice design, sound production, and a passion for innovative audio design. A background in localization and working with vendors will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in text-to-speech voice development or technical sound design.
• Experience working with cross-functional project teams and vendors.
• Strong critical listening skills with high audio quality standards.
• Experience with voice production including casting, recording, editing, and mastering.
• Proficiency with digital audio workstations (Pro Tools preferred) and audio editing tools.
• Comfort with CLI tools for daily tasks and debugging.
• Solid understanding of DSP, audio synthesis, and formats.
• Familiarity with QA processes, test plans, and bug tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage voice design phases from implementation to deployment and quality control.
• Oversee multiple voice projects and manage audio libraries via CMS.
• Focus on data collection localization.
• Collaborate with voice researchers, software engineers, and product managers.
• Define creative and technical voice design requirements.
• Assist in evaluating voice talent casting.
• Drive projects to timely completion in fast-paced environments.
• Investigate and triage reported bugs and follow up as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors.
