Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to lead research and development initiatives focused on spatial audio capture and related technologies in a fast-paced environment. You will plan, track, report, and coordinate procurement activities while guiding technical teams toward successful delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating researchers, engineers, and technical leads, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of operational tasks to support team

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing research, technical, or product development projects with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive R&D projects according to delivery plans.
• Lead sprint planning, project tracking, and reporting on a regular cadence.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers, dependencies, and risks, and facilitate resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, task boards, progress updates, and completion records.
• Synthesize information and communicate status, gaps, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
