Job summary

AuraOne, Inc. is seeking a remote Voice Data Contributor evaluator to review prompts and responses against our quality rubric. You will label edge cases, assign severity tags, and provide structured feedback to help retrain the model.

Responsibilities include comparing paired model outputs, writing rationales, and flagging hallucinations or unsafe content. You will calibrate against gold-standard examples and document recurring issues for future training cycles.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on voice data contributor evaluation or adjacent content.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming the issue and rubric clause.
