Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a remote evaluation specialist to review voice actor/coaches prompts and responses against our quality rubric. This contractor role involves comparing paired outputs, labeling edge cases, and producing structured feedback for model retraining.

You will label hallucinations, instruction-following failures and unsafe content, calibrate scores, and document recurring failure modes for the modeling team. Requires prior annotation experience and strong written reasoning.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on voice actor/coaches evaluation or adjacent content.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
