Welo Data is seeking native-level Spanish (Peru) speakers for a voice recording project to support a conversational AI application. You will record natural, authentic customer-service style speech from your own quiet home studio.

Auditions are submitted online; if selected, you will complete two supervised recording sessions totaling about 8 hours, using a professional microphone and WAV 24-bit/48kHz files, at a rate of $35 per hour.

About the Role:

We are looking for Native-level Spanish (Peru) speakers to participate in a voice recording project for a conversational AI application. Your role is to record natural, authentic, and conversational customer-service style speech from your own home recording setup.

This means submitting a short audition, and if selected, completing two supervised recording sessions using your own professional microphone and a quiet space. No prior performance experience is required, just a clear, natural, confident speaking voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit two audition recordings: one natural, unscripted sample (~30 seconds) and one scripted customer-service sample (~30 seconds)
• If selected, complete two supervised recording sessions of approximately 4 hours each
• Participate in natural conversation, prompted discussions, and scripted customer-service scenarios during sessions
• Record using your own professional home studio setup
